Bookworms activities at Westergate School

Our year six Bookworms group, together with 10 children from each cluster school have been taking part in this years 'West Sussex Children's Book Awards'. The children have been busy reading the nine nominated titles since september and each cluster group gets the chance to vote for their favourite. The winner will be announced on World Book Day.Westergate Community School have been the hosts of four fun filled afternoons, meeting two of the authors and enjoying a wide range of activities linked to the books they have read.
